I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We print all of our shirts on demand. This keeps our costs lower and in turn keeps your costs lower. However, this also adds a little additional time to each order. Officially, it can take up to 3 business days for your order to ship, but we've been averaging much shorter turn-around time than that as of late. It seems to routinely take 2 business days to get the order out. We ship all of our orders via the United States Postal Service, so you should receive it within a week.
Do you have a refund/exchange policy, if so what is it?
If there is an error with your order on our end (incorrect size, shirt, defective print, etc.) simply contact us and we will give you specific instructions. The shirt must remain unworn and unwashed and the return must take place within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are a little more difficult as we print the shirt on demand and do not store an inventory. Contact us anyways though, and we will try to work something out.
I messed up my shipping address! What do I do?
Contact us immediately! This isn't a big deal for us to handle on our end, however if you wait a day or two there is a high chance it will have already been shipped and then we'd have a problem.
What shirts do you guys print on?
We print on Anvil 980 Fitted shirts for men and Next Level 6610 for women. We can print on anything, but those are our defaults. If you want something different, drop us a line and let us know, we have no problems doing a one-off on a specific brand for you.
